I would like to go for an easy one so I went for vegetarian fried mihun.
See this picture.. Not bad right? Hehe...
Taste is quite good, honestly. Haha...
How to cook?
1. Put some hot water to the mihun to make it soft. Dry it.
2. Fried the garlic with oil and salt.
3. Put the mihun and fried it with oil and salt.
4. Put some soya sauce and water inside too.
5. Fried an egg.
The process took about 5 minutes only.
It is easy to do.
