Weather is no good

Weather seems not good recently. It rains in the morning. It has sunshine in the noon and suddenly it rains again in the evening. I feel my body cannot take the weather changes so frequently and I feel myself started to get sick.

My nose is blocking since 2 days ago. I feel my body is heaty. I hope I am not getting sick as I am going to travel soon. Pray hard for me don’t get sick. I must discipline myself to drink more water and no fried and no spicy food for these two weeks.

After a year, i feel nothing much different for the before and after.
Life is just dull as usual. Work and home. Just this 2 things.
I hope I can find my own hobby and interest things soon.
I should go and help up for charity.
